When temperatures rise, simply pushing through is not enough. Summer 2026 brought exceptionally hot days. At G+P, we responded with a simple but effective idea: the Badi Challenge.

«I have been with G+P AG for over 20 years. I appreciate the good cooperation and the lively exchange of information in the team. I can contribute my extensive practical construction knowledge and experience to the team, on the construction sites, when problems arise or in the event of construction damage. The knowledge gained from construction damage is passed on as an ongoing learning process within the team. As of October 2022, I will be partially retired and will continue to work at G+P AG with a workload of 40%. I spend a lot of time in the mountains (climbing, ski touring) as compensation.»
