The path to a climate-friendly future
Switzerland faces an immense challenge in achieving the federal government's climate targets. A significant part of this can be achieved through energy optimisation of the building stock. For both the renovation of existing buildings and for buildings to be constructed, building physics (building envelope) and technical aspects (heating and energy supply) are two decisive influencing parameters in order to achieve the necessary CO2 reductions.
Confidence placed in G+P
In the Bern-Mittelland Regional Conference, 75 municipalities work closely together to further develop the region as an attractive living, natural and economic area. One of the aims of this association of municipalities is to make the necessary specialist knowledge available to private individuals, SMEs and municipalities in a low-threshold manner by providing competent, neutral and practice-oriented energy advice. In cooperation with "eicher + pauli", G+P took part in the competition for the provision of energy advice and was awarded the four-year mandate from 2022 to 2025. Through this mandate, G+P will in future advise and support customers on energy-related issues through telephone advice, on-site visits and at community events.
From practice, for practice
The two areas of expertise, building physics and building services engineering, complement each other perfectly to fulfil this demanding and forward-looking task. Thanks to the know-how of both partners, the clients of the energy consultancy benefit from the current and practical state of the art. These are the prerequisites for achieving the climate targets set within the perimeter of the mandate. How can I replace my old heating system? Which insulation measures will improve my energy losses through the house? What support measures are available? These are just three of many questions that energy advice can help with.
