On the way to a sustainable, oprated building
Sustainability in building construction is an ongoing topic. Many labels with varying degrees of recognition and dissemination deal with individual aspects of sustainable and energy-efficient construction. The focus is usually on the planning and construction of a building. Up to now, little or no attention has been paid to the operation, maintenance and deconstruction of a building during its life cycle.
At the specialist event on 20.03.2018, we showed what new approaches exist within and outside the various sustainability labels to create and renovate buildings that come a significant step closer to the goal of the Energy Strategy 2050 or even the 2000-watt society. We also explained why it makes sense to address sustainability goals early on in the course of a building project.
There is a need for better orientation in the prevailing diversity of labels in Switzerland. And this already in early project phases to ensure the highest possible project efficiency.
We take this seriously and offer you an initial comprehensive assessment of your project study. We discuss it with you and assess it in terms of labeling potential, energy aspects as well as sustainability (CO2, mobility, grey energy, daylight), but also in terms of our other core competencies such as external noise and vibrations, building and room acoustics as well as possible building pollutants in the case of conversion projects.
